Absolutely. Your introduction classes or private sessions will be the foundation of your Pilates practice. All of our classes employ the unique Pilates equipment, and we want you to be comfortable entering your first class.
All of our classes are approximately 55 minutes. We aim to get you in and out of the door in an hour so you can get back to your day.
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts.
Almost always! We know countless modifications for different injuries and limitations and have teachers on staff specifically trained to work with physical limitations. We request that you begin with Private Sessions before joining group classes in order to learn how to modify exercises appropriately for your condition.
